Donna M. Strudwick graduated from the College of New Rochelle and has a Master's Degree in Health Systems Administration from Iona College. She graduated from Pace University School of Law in 1995. She is admitted to the New York and Florida Bars. Prior to working at Short and Billy, she worked as staff counsel to various insurance carriers including Liberty Mutual, Infinity, AIG and Farmers. She joined Short and Billy in 2011.
